Binding structural contracts are executed strictly in writing after a certified specialist performs an on-site evaluation or utilizes advanced video camera telemetry to verify subsurface conditions.
- Trenchless Feasibility Mandate: We leverage all five primary trenchless methods to correct pipeline corrosion, fractures, and leaks without invasive digging. However, execution depends entirely on host pipe structural stability. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of Bio Remedies AZ for any mechanical omission, installation variance, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific service agreement. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing mold development, sub-slab foundation shifting, concrete erosion from hidden leaks, or biological contamination from structural sewage backups occurring prior to our technical mobilization.
